A civil case is started when you file a complaint.  In our case, we've filed four.  The first three times, the California Attorney General asked the court to throw the case out.&

The new website just went live.  This is the culmination of several weeks of effort.  You'll notice we have a new look, and a LOT more content and interactivity.

Here's an op-ed from today's SF Chronicle.  He comes down a little hard on religion--religious people believe in gay marriage too--but makes a good point. 

The judge sustained the demurer with leave to amend.  Two weeks from now we will file an amended complaint.  The fight continues!
